A matte painting I guess. ~DevilR0se hase made wonderful picture of the docks in Varna, Bulgaria. It is not uploaded tho 
Anyway I took it and postedited it a lot. This is my first finished project of this kind. I usually dont mix photography and painting much.
This is my guess for the future of our planet. With maybe less water and more constructions and industrial bullshit. There is nothing wrong of course to have big industry and stuff but I don't think that the mankind thinks enough for the nature. Anyway I hope you like it. Any critiques and feedback is much appreciated.
