Dude. Dude.
Awesomeness. If I may, I do have a couple of crits. Planet shadows don't 100% make sense with the lighting here, though I totally understand wanting to show those planets off, because they are sweet.
Second thing is some of the dark matter off to the sides looks like it was just a cloud brush set to multiply. Doesn't look bad, but I think had you used the same technique for the dark as you did for the light, this piece would have benefited.
And that starfield?
The absolute shit.

the plaanet lightning is not 100% accurate but the texture is more visible because there are HUGE cities on them. As for the dark parts of the nebula.. I played a lot with them but that was the best I made :) Really glad that you like it mate :)

I actually meant the shape of the crescents, the backlighting just looks awesome but too much of the day side of the planets is showing :D
